Job summary

Savencia Fromage & Dairy in Hong Kong seeks an Assistant Sales Manager to strengthen our food service and retail business and brand presence. You will report to the Regional Retail Director, Southern Asia, and collaborate with distributors, customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or similar commercial-related education.
• 2–4 years of experience in a Hong Kong key account or sales role across Hong Kong FMCG or Retail.
• Experience in FMCG, consumer goods, distribution, F&B or other direct-to-consumer scopes in Retail.
• Results-oriented and sales-driven profile with strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with regional or global colleagues across time zones and lead new strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support Savencia Hong Kong channel distribution strategy and propose action plans.
• Translate global/regional Retail strategy into activation plans to achieve volume targets within budget.
• Develop business-building and channel plans with key retailers; ensure product listing and promotions.
• Support new product launches through understanding consumer insights, pricing, and differentiation strategies.
• Build rapport with customers and sales operations; consolidate sales data and competitor data for reviews.
• Lead and monitor Key Accounts plans and activations, including ROI analysis.
• Partner with distributors and customers to ensure strong execution of operational plans.
• Negotiate trading terms annual agreements with top retailers.
• Domestic travel for store and customer visits, including to Macao when needed.
