Job summary

Ping An Bank Hong Kong Branch is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager in Private Wealth Management to support onboarding of new and existing clients, perform due diligence, and manage ongoing client inquiries. The role requires active engagement in market updates and transaction support to drive client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree with 1–2 years of wealth sales experience, licenses in insurance and securities, and a strong grasp of banking products.

Qualifications

• University graduate in any discipline; preferably Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in wealth products.
• Possess recognized insurance and securities licenses.
• ECF qualification is preferable.
• Strong banking products knowledge is a must.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding process for new-to-bank and existing clients, including account opening, due diligence and review.
• Proactive client service management with regular market updates, service enquiries and order execution.
• Continuously identifying and exploring business opportunities with revenue and growth targets.
• Assist Private Banking to provide high-quality portfolio management service to meet clients' needs.

Dealing with on boarding process for new-to bank and existing clients including a/c opening , due diligence and review process;

Proactive clients service management including regular clients contact on market updates , financial and non-financial service enquiry , orders execution etc;

Continuously Identifying and exploring business opportunities with accomplishment of revenue and growth targets;

Assist PB to provide high quality portfolio management service to meet clients needs though diverse range of products and services.

Job Requirements:

University graduate in any disciplines, preferably major in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Economics；

1-2 years of sales experience in wealth products;

Possess recognized insurance and securities licenses;

Relevant Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) qualification is preferable;

Strong banking products knowledge is a must;

Proactive with excellent communication skills;

Self-motivated, customer oriented and able to work under pressure;

Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is preferred
