Job summary

Biocline Healthcare Services Limited in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Assistant Project Manager to coordinate builder works with the main contractor and specialists during pre-construction and construction phases.

You will assist in shop drawings, temporary designs, method statements, project schedules, and progress/financial reporting, while maintaining strong coordination with architects, clients, consultants, and authorities. English and Chinese communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Building Construction, Structural Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of on-the-job experience in contracting or consultancy work in fitting-out works or other engineering projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all builder works and BS works with Main Contractor and sub-contractors/suppliers at pre-work and construction stages.
• Assist in coordination and preparation of shop/construction drawings.
• Prepare temporary work designs, method statements, project programs and payment and financial claims.
• Lead regular site meetings and liaise with architects, clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and government authorities on technical matters.
• Regularly inspect on-site work quality and manage site progress reporting.
• Assist in subletting documents, tender submissions and quotations.
