Job summary

Lukfook Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Marketing and CRM specialist to plan marketing activities, manage the CRM system, and support VIP programmes. The role involves collaborating with shops and internal teams to build engaging campaigns and loyalty initiatives.

You will handle gift redemption logistics, inventory management, reporting, and partner promotions while focusing on data-driven insights. The ideal candidate has a degree in marketing with at least three years of experience and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing or related disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills when working with internal or external parties.
• Analytical minded, sensitive to figures and creative.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing.
• Advanced Excel, formula skills and report presentation skills are preferred.
• Working experience in retail or jewellery industry is preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities
