Job summary

OOCL in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced C&B professional to lead the revamp and digitalization of compensation and benefits workflows. You will review policies, ensure statutory compliance, and manage payroll, MPF, taxation, leave administration and expatriate matters.

The role calls for strong numerical skills, cross‑cultural communication, and hands‑on experience with HRIS, Excel and Power BI to drive data‑driven decisions in a fast‑paced multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in C&B, preferably with solid MNC background, including expatriate tax management.
• Experience revamping and implementing C&B initiatives, policies, systems and projects.
• Strong numeric sense, analytical, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and Microsoft 365 tools for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication in English, Chinese and Putonghua.

Requirements

• Solid track record in revamping and implementing C&B initiatives, policies, systems and projects
• Strong numeric sense and analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, Microsoft 365 SharePoint, advanced Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication skills with good command of English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
