About the Role
Our client is recruiting an Assistant Leasing Manager to join a well-established organisation within the real estate sector. Reporting to senior management, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving leasing initiatives, managing occupier relationships, and supporting commercial objectives across a portfolio of assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage leasing activities and occupancy strategies for assigned properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing occupiers, agency partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support transaction processes from initial enquiry through to completion.
- Prepare leasing proposals, reports, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for occupiers.
- Maintain accurate leasing records and reporting systems.
- Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and competing developments to identify opportunities and support business planning.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Support portfolio performance through proactive tenant engagement and retention strategies.
- Participate in additional projects and responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in leasing, commercial property, real estate, or a related field.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organisational abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Collaborative team player with a customer-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to commercial, industrial, logistics, office, retail, or mixed-use properties is required.
- Experience working for property owners, developers, investment firms, consultancies, or property agencies will be considered favourably.
