Jacobs is seeking an Assistant Inspector of Works for building works on a North District public housing development. You will ensure structural integrity, safety, and compliance with the Environmental Management Plan, conduct inspections, and maintain records.

The role requires Higher Diploma/Certificate in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering and bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, with 2–5 years post-qualification experience depending on degree status.

Qualificações

• Higher Diploma/Certificate in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering (HK tertiary education).
• Proficiency in English and Chinese languages.
• Minimum experience: 5 years post-qualification if non-degree holder; 2 years post-qualification if degree holder.

Responsabilidades

• Arrange and attend all pre-handover and handover inspections.
• Inspect defects and outstanding works at completion of the works.
• Assist in vetting the EMP and inspections per EMP; compile inspection reports.
