Job summary

Swire Properties Limited 太古地產有限公司 seeks an Assistant General Manager – Information Technology to lead IT infrastructure, operations and cloud services in Hong Kong. You will partner with business leaders to define IT strategy, drive system enhancements, and support growth while guiding cybersecurity and cost management.

You will oversee major IT projects, vendor relationships, and a multi-cloud environment, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable services.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines (First Degree).
• Infrastructure & Operations Leadership: 15+ years in IT infrastructure, operations, or cloud services management; 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Hybrid & Multi-cloud Management: Experience managing hybrid/multi-cloud environments; cloud modernization or migration programs.
• Business Acumen: Experience translating business strategy into IT service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure, operations, and cloud services in Hong Kong.
• Oversee roadmaps, budgets, and major IT projects including migrations.
• Promote digital transformation and scalable, secure IT architectures.
• Define IT plans, policies, standards, and budgets aligned with business needs.
• Cost and performance optimization: improve efficiency and cloud spend.
