Qualifications

• Maintain and update critical maintenance documentation and technical work instructions.
• Monitor SLA performance and implement strategic plans to boost productivity.
• Promote a strong safety culture and enforce Health & Safety protocols.
• Coordinate all Preventive and Corrective maintenance requests for minimal downtime.
• Efficiently schedule and allocate team resources and manpower.
• Facilitate hands-on technical training to enhance team capabilities.
• Take charge of mini-projects and execute large-scale overhauls.
• Audit PM activities to ensure strict quality compliance.
• Generate accurate maintenance logs and incident investigation reports.
• Oversee spare parts procurement, storage, and inventory optimization.
• Uphold IMS requirements across all operational processes.

What You Offer:

• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical / Mechanical
• Min. 2 years working experience in engineering field
• Familiar with AutoCAD / EPAN drawing software
