Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (Electrical / Residential Project) to lead project management and coordination of progress on E&M works. You will ensure compliance with contractual requirements and attend site meetings with clients and other stakeholders.

Requirements include a degree in Electrical Engineering, 10–15 years of contractor experience in E&M, and proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD, with English and Chinese communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10-15 years of contractor experience in E&M projects.
• Experience in handling residential projects is advantageous.
• Holders of REW (Grade B0 or above) preferred; strong MS Office and AutoCAD skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and coordination of project progress.
• Ensure all works are compliant with contractual requirements.
• Attend regular site meetings and liaise with clients' representatives and other parties.
