Job summary

Nanyang Commercial Bank Ltd. is seeking an attentive CDD/KYC Analyst to support onboarding and ongoing reviews in its Hong Kong branch. The role focuses on analyzing customer profiles, ensuring compliance and timely data collection, and communicating required documentation to clients to meet service levels.

Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree, have banking exposure, and be fluent in English, Chinese, and Putonghua. Strong MS Office skills and independent working style are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in business or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year banking experience in branch operations.
• Knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and willing to accept challenges.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua.
