Job summary

K. Wah Construction Materials (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a proactive Sales/Business Development professional to identify and pursue new opportunities in the construction and civil engineering sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, handle enquiries and tender submissions, manage quotations, and assist in cost estimation, budgeting and forecasting. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Min 5 years in sales, BD or account management in construction.
• Valid driving license required.
• Strong numeracy, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written/spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
• Proficient in MS Office.

Requirements

Degree holder in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / related disciplines

Minimum 5 years of sales, business development or account management experience in the construction or civil engineering industry

Holder of valid driving license

Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work under pressure

Immediate availability is preferred
