Job summary

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to lead development, implementation, and continual improvement of our Quality Management System for Hong Kong operations. The role includes supervising staff, training, and ensuring compliance with international quality standards across site activities.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in science/engineering/construction and at least 10 years of quality management experience, with auditor

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in managing quality matters in the industry.
• Auditor training in quality management systems.
• Proficient in quality requirements in the industry.
• Proficient in relevant international standards in quality.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills; fluent in English and Chinese.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Quality Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in developing, implementing, maintaining and improving quality management systems.

• Carry out any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
