Job summary

CTWCM, a renowned advertising agency in Hong Kong, is seeking an Assistant Art Director to join our creative team. You will work closely with the Creative team on advertising and creative projects and help generate concept ideas for diverse clients.

You will follow through projects from concept ideas and layout development to final production, with support from the creative team, and bring strong art direction across media including TV, print, outdoor and online channels.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in design/advertising
• Diploma or above in advertising, design institute or equivalent
• Strong art direction across TV, print, outdoor and online channels
• Self-motivated with strong creative sense
• Able to execute projects from ideas to finished products independently
• Familiar with output and print production
• Knowledge in website/digital development is a plus
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Willing to work overtime and meet tight deadlines

Requirements

• Proficient in AI,In-Design, Photoshop and other design softwares in Mac platform.
• Familiar with ouput and print production
• Familiar with video editingKnowledge in website/ digital development is a plus
• Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Pleasant personality, independent and willing to work overtime. Able to meet tight deadlines under pressure
