Aberdeen Marina Club is seeking an Assistant Accountant to oversee daily accounting operations and manage payment records and bank reconciliations in a high-paced environment. You will prepare timely financial reports and support project-related accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance across functions.
The role requires a Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance, 4–5 years of accounting experience, and strong Excel skills.
Oversee and manage daily accounting operations
Maintain and reconcile payment records and bank accounts
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and schedules
Support accounting functions related to ongoing projects
Assist in the preparation and coordination of external audits, including liaising with auditors and providing necessary documentation.
Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
