Job summary

J.P. Morgan in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate in Announcement Capture Operations to own end-to-end capture of voluntary corporate action announcements, delivering accurate outcomes and managing risk in a fast-paced, cross-region environment.

You will support multiple institutional clients, work with regional partners across markets, and use systems and digital tools to monitor issues, drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and coach others while escalating risks with clear judgement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in custody, prime brokerage, or asset servicing operations, with demonstrated responsibility for managing day-to-day delivery.
• Strong understanding of asset servicing functions and Asia-Pacific markets including Australia.
• Strong analytical skills and sound judgement, with a track record of strengthening controls and driving change.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present operational risks and processing challenges clearly to management.
• Proven experience delivering process enhancements and using digital tools to improve workflows. Ability to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and remain effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Demonstrated emerging leadership capability, including supporting and developing others within a team environment.
