Job summary

Asia Progress Executive Limited is seeking an Associate, Sales (Asset Management) with KYC responsibilities to expand client relationships and drive growth in asset management products. The role requires strong sales and client-facing skills in English and Chinese, with a focus on institutional clients and distribution channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years relevant sales experience in an asset management company, or other applicable financial services business line.
• Solid understanding of asset management products and sales processes; excellent client communication and presentation skills.
• Strong market analysis and marketing planning abilities, capable of independently preparing and delivering professional materials.
• Results-oriented with exceptional business development skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Securities qualification required, with knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with institutional clients and channels.
• Serve as liaison between the firm and investors, delivering tailored investment solutions.
• Lead creation and distribution of marketing materials (monthly newsletters, fund performance updates, investment commentaries, and market insights).
• Manage client onboarding processes, conduct due diligence, and handle ongoing client servicing and relationship management.
• Plan and execute marketing roadshows, client training sessions, investor meetings, and channel promotion campaigns.
• Perform such other duties as shall from time to time be directed by superiors.
