Guotai Junan International is seeking a Wealth Management/Asset Management professional to build relationships with institutional clients and wealth management channels in Hong Kong. You will support distribution of asset management products, prepare client presentations, and help identify client needs with tailored investment solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and fluency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 1-5 years of relevant experience in asset management, securities brokerage, private banking, wealth management, or financial services.
• Strong interest in capital markets, investment products, and asset management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese.
• Candidates holding relevant SFC licenses will be preferred.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients and wealth management channels, including banks, securities firms, insurance companies, family offices, and high-net-worth investors.
• Support the distribution and marketing of asset management products, including mutual funds, discretionary portfolios, and alternative investment solutions.
• Prepare client presentations, marketing materials, market research, and business development reports.
• Assist in identifying client needs and providing tailored investment and asset allocation solutions.
• Participate in client meetings, roadshows, conferences, and marketing events.
• Work closely with investment, product, compliance, and operations teams to support business growth and client servicing.
• Monitor market trends, competitor developments, and industry opportunities to support new product launches and business initiatives.
