Job summary

Fidelity International in Hong Kong offers a graduate programme within the Investment Team. You will rotate across teams, build knowledge of portfolios and markets, and prepare client-ready marketing materials and reports.

As a graduate, you will be supported by a buddy and a mentor, work with Investment Directors, and progress toward CFA Level 1 while exploring career opportunities across Fidelity.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).
• Proficiency in English required.
• Curious, compassionate, eager to learn and ready to get stuck in.

Responsibilities

• Support investment directing and specialists; prepare core marketing presentations.
• Work with internal stakeholders to source data and obtain the latest internal views.
• Join the team and work with several Investment Directors and other colleagues.
• Develop knowledge of markets, portfolio strategy, and investment processes; help create pitch books and marketing collateral.
