Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in developing and implementing investment strategies across Asia.
• Deep knowledge of markets and multi-asset class portfolio construction.
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and competitors' products/services to contribute to business objectives.
• Collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Mandarin required; Cantonese beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive centralized messaging around CIO Team's strategy, views, and performance for field and clients.
• Collaborate with field leadership on business development opportunities and strategic planning on targets.
• Partner with CIO Team for messaging, advisor needs, and product development opportunities.
• Participate in investment process with the CIO Strategy team to form views and underwriting for portfolios.
• Coordinate with investment solutions teams to align views to product recommendations and priorities.
• Identify cross‑business opportunities with coverage teams and investment solutions.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Citi policies and regulatory requirements.
