Job summary

Stephenson Harwood LLP is seeking a mid-level associate with high-quality, non-contentious private wealth experience, particularly focused on UK tax and trust matters. The role involves managing Asia-Pacific wealth matters for HNW/UHNW clients, delivering UK tax advice, and supervising junior staff.

The ideal candidate will have robust technical knowledge of UK taxation, experience coordinating multi-jurisdictional client matters, and excellent drafting skills. Knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage Asia-Pacific non-contentious private wealth matters.
• Deliver UK tax advice in collaboration with partners.
• Advise on family offices and governance frameworks.
• Draft documentation including tax memoranda and trust deeds.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and trainees.
