Job summary

Alice and Olivia Hong Kong Limited is seeking an organized E‑Commerce Executive to drive online store operations across Asia. The role focuses on Shopify management, campaign coordination, CRM activities, and performance reporting to support daily website operations and product launches.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in eCommerce, strong Excel skills, and hands-on Shopify experience, with excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, Retail Management, or related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in eCommerce operations, digital marketing, online merchandising, or retail eCommerce.
• Hands-on experience managing Shopify or a similar eCommerce platform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product, pricing, inventory visibility, promotional, and content accuracy on Shopify.
• Coordinate website updates, landing pages, banners, and seasonal campaigns.
• Assist with product launches, collection merchandising, and site merchandising activities.
• Conduct regular website audits to improve product information, navigation, promotions, and customer experience.
• Prepare recurring reports on website performance, campaigns, and eCommerce KPIs.
• Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, promotional performance, and site metrics.
• Support testing and QA for website enhancements and promotions.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, customer service, logistics, and tech teams.
