Job summary
Multiple Surveyors Limited invites applications for a body-shopped contract Technical Assistant (Architectural) seconded to Hong Kong Housing Department. You will prepare, check and update drawings, survey plans, programme charts, and related records, with duties including site checks and building control tasks.

Qualifications
- Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies or Architectural Studies
- Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE/HKCEE or equivalent
- Well versed in Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, PHOTOSHOP; knowledge in AutoCAD, MICROSTATION & 3D drafting is an advantage
- Relevant working experience is an advantage
- Valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) for construction sites
- Positive working attitude and service-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Prepare, check and update working drawings, submission drawings, presentation drawings, survey plans and schedules
- Prepare, update record drawings and programme charts
- Compute site areas, plot ratio, etc.
- Be responsible for the issue and receipt of drawings and maintain proper records
- Perform site checking, inspection and building control duties
- Carry out other duties as directed by the HD
