Job summary

China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an Architect to participate in tendering and design coordination for major building and civil projects in Hong Kong. The role involves developing innovative design solutions, supporting temporary works, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and efficient project execution.

The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Architecture, be HKIE eligible or a member, and have at least 3 years of relevant

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture or above.
• HKIE membership or equivalent.
• 3+ years in architectural design or design coordination.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with MiC and DfMA prefabrication preferred.
• Strong English and Chinese language skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in tender preparation and submission, ensuring compliance with specs.
• Develop innovative design solutions to enhance project outcomes.
• Support the design of complex temporary works with safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enable seamless project execution.
• Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
