Job summary

Wings & Associates Consulting Engineers Limited in Hong Kong is seeking a Design Draftsman to carry out building projects according to statutory and client requirements, attend design meetings, and coordinate with engineers. The role includes liaising with clients and contractors and attending site inspections to ensure project alignment with specifications.

Qualifications

Degree or above in Architecture or related discipline.
HKIA membership is an advantage.
Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Carry out building projects according to statutory and client’s requirement.
Assist in planning, preparation of feasibility studies, preparation of tender documents & specifications.
Attend design meetings, site meetings / inspections and all other meetings of relevant projects.
Liaise with Clients, Contractors and co-ordinate with other internal parties including structural engineers and E&M engineers.
