New World Development Company Limited is seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsperson in Hong Kong to produce precise floor plans, elevations, and details using AutoCAD or BIM tools. You will assist the design team through schematic design, development, and tender/construction drawing production, while preparing schedules and maintaining drawing files.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in architectural studies or related field.
• Strong drafting proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Basic SketchUp or 3D presentation skills preferred.

Responsabilités

• Produce accurate architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and layout drawings using AutoCAD or BIM software.
• Assist architects and project team in schematic design, design development, and tender/construction drawing production.
• Prepare technical schedules, drawing lists, material schedules, and basic design documentation.
• Conduct drawing checking, dimension verification, and ensure all drawings comply with building codes and regulations.
• Maintain proper filing, version control, and archiving of all design drawings and project documents.
