Job summary

PVH Corp. in Hong Kong seeks a sample and order execution specialist to support Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger product development across Asia. You will coordinate with vendors, manage samples and bulk orders, and help the team hit KPIs.

You will train junior teammates, analyze cost and timelines, and ensure product integrity from concept to consumer within a fast-paced fashion environment.

Qualifications

• University/Textile and clothing degree with 5 years of related work experience; or post-secondary degree with minimum of 8 years of related work experience in apparel and material.
• Experience in apparel buying/trading office.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain from concept to consumer.

Responsibilities

• Communication with vendors and business counterparts for sample and bulk order execution.
• Execute based on agreed product and service standards as well as cost objectives from the brand.
• Price negotiation and cost expectation management.
• Cost analysis management and problem shooting.
• Manage sample and bulk production delivery against the plan.
• WIP management and timeline management from development to bulk shipment.
• Ensure garment/product integrity, style and product execution.
