PVH Corp. is seeking a seasoned Visual Merchandiser & Store Planning lead in Hong Kong to manage Tommy Hilfiger TWHKMO markets across stores, windows, and in-store visuals.

You will ensure brand standards, coordinate with regional teams, and drive seasonal presentations with contractors and local teams. The role requires strong fashion sense, leadership of small creative teams, and fluency in Chinese and English.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate with major in fashion or art field.
• University graduate or equivalent in Visual Merchandising Design/Design/Fashion Retail, or a solid 8-10 years of VM experiences as equivalent.
• Above 10 years of relevant experience in the fashion retail industry.
• At least 3 years of supervising or managing a small team with creative staff/displayers/visual merchandisers; experience with brand principals is an advantage.
• Strong sense of fashion, styling, colors, and trend awareness.
• Good verbal and written communication in Chinese and English.

Aufgaben

• Work with Regional VM Team and TWHKMO Direct Retail Team to execute window and VM concepts.
• Release visual merchandising plans and coordinate with Retail Managers for execution.
• Coordinate with contractors for sourcing/production of props and materials; manage delivery and installation.
• Implement seasonal merchandising guidelines for window and in-store presentation.
• Coach and develop Visual Merchandisers to maximize sales returns.
• Plan in-store/window schemes with local teams and roll out seasonal visuals across the country.
• Manage store planning drawings and deliverables for reports, programs and presentations.
