Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Vice President in the Asia-Pacific Trading Services Sales team to drive new business growth for Tri-Party Collateral across APAC from Hong Kong. You will originate opportunities, deepen relationships with banks and market participants, and expand adoption of Tri-Party solutions regionally.

Collaborate with Product, Legal and Onboarding to deliver end-to-end client outcomes. You will engage in commercial negotiations, help shape account plans, and ensure solutions align

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline.
• 5+ years in securities finance, collateral management, repo, prime brokerage, custody or related services.
• Demonstrated success in client-facing sales, relationship management or business development.
• Knowledge of Tri-Party Collateral and collateral management processes.
• Understanding of APAC banking/market participants and regulatory developments.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth for Tri-Party Collateral in Asia-Pacific.
• Identify and convert opportunities with banks, broker-dealers and market participants.
• Develop relationships to increase Tri-Party balances and market share.
• Build and execute account plans for strategic clients and prospects.
• Lead client discussions on collateral management, liquidity and financing solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Solutions, Legal and Onboarding teams for coordinated client solutions.
• Support negotiations, pricing, RFP responses and onboarding for new opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to expand Tri-Party adoption across APAC markets.
