Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong is seeking an Associate in Treasury to support the management of the Firm's Asia-Pacific legal entities within Corporate Treasury & Capital Planning. You will plan, forecast and optimize capital, liquidity and funding resources, and contribute to governance and regulatory deliverables.

The role collaborates across Finance, Tax, Legal, and Operations, leading strategic Treasury projects such as dividends and restructuring, while ensuring compliance with regulatory

Qualifikationen

• Working knowledge of Finance functional area, industry and competitive environment.
• Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and adapt to various audiences.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm.
• Prepare and review Treasury materials for key governance and regulatory forums.
• Manage intercompany loan agreements and adherence to local regulatory requirements.
• Analyze legal entity balance sheets to evaluate the need for changes in the funding profile.
• Lead/execute strategic Treasury projects such as dividends, infusions, restructuring, forecasting and optimization activities.
