Job summary

DSV is seeking a Training Specialist, BCM APAC to deliver high-quality training across APAC. The role requires frequent travel to different countries to support local teams and projects, with a focus on simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.

Ideal candidates have a background in supply chain or related fields, strong English skills, and the ability to present confidently to groups while collaborating across cultures. Travel is extensive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain/logistics.
• Excellent command of English; Mandarin or APAC language helpful.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage groups.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training sessions across APAC on systems, processes, and tools.
• Support project-based training initiatives including migrations and client implementations.
• Simplify complex topics and tailor content to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with local trainers and act as a bridge across cultures and languages.
• Manage group dynamics to keep participants engaged.
