Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Sustainability professional to lead social compliance efforts across APAC.

You will manage day-to-day supply chain risk, support factory assessments, and oversee audits (SLCP/WRAP/SMETA/BSCI/SA8000) in collaboration with sourcing, QA, and vendors. The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, strong communication and project management skills, and frequent travel to factories.

Qualifications

• Experience with social audits across APAC countries.
• Ability to communicate across levels and geographies.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Handles day-to-day supply chain management by identifying high-risk regions, factories, product categories, compliance issues.
• Supports factory assessments and investigations to promote supply chain transparency and responsible business practices.
• Manages the social compliance audit program (SLCP, WRAP, SMETA, BSCI, SA8000) and other industry standards.
• Leads sustainability onboarding for new factories in APAC via on-site visits and onboarding assessments.
• Develops and verifies Corrective Action Plans to ensure timely sustainable corrections by factories.
• Partners with sourcing, QA, vendors, factories, and auditors to strengthen supply chain practices.
