Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in Hong Kong seeks a senior sustainability professional who will oversee day-to-day supply chain management, drive transparency, and ensure alignment with A&F CSR requirements.

Based in the Hong Kong Office, you will partner with sourcing, QA, vendors, and auditors to strengthen responsible practices. This role requires five plus years in social audits across APAC, strong communication and project management skills, and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Combination of business, communication and social compliance experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in CSR, Sustainability or related fields required.
• Five+ years of experience in social audits across APAC.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities across functions and geographies.
• Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and work under pressure.
• Frequent travel is required for this role.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of CSR metrics and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day supply chain management focusing on high-risk regions, factories and product categories.

• Lead social compliance audits (SLCP, WRAP, SMETA, BSCI, SA8000 and others).
• Manage onboarding of new factories in APAC through on-site assessments.
• Develop and verify corrective action plans to ensure timely improvements by factories.
• Collaborate with sourcing, QA, vendors, factories and auditors to strengthen supply chain management.

Job Description:

This role sits in the Hong Kong Office and reports into Director of Sustainability Responsibilities Handles day-to-day supply chain management by identifying high-risk regions, factories, product categories, compliance issues. Support factory assessments and investigations to promote supply chain transparency, responsible business practices, and alignment with A&F requirements. Manages the social compliance audit program such as SLCP, WRAP, SMETA, BSCI, SA8000 and other relevant industry standards or frameworks Leads sustainability onboarding for new factories in APAC countries by conducting on-site visit to perform A&F sustainability onboarding assessment. Develops and verifies the implementations of Corrective Action Plans to ensure timely and sustainable correction by factories. Partner with sourcing, QA, vendors, factories, third-party auditors to strengthen supply chain management and practices.

Qualifications

• Position will require a unique combination of business, communication, and social compliance experience from both academic and professional experience
• Bachelor’s degree in CSR, Sustainability, or Business/Communications related fields
• Five plus years of professional experience related to social audits across APAC countries
• Excellent communication skills and project management capabilities with ability to communicate effectively at different levels of the organization across functions and geographies
• Ability to adjust quickly to a fast paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and work well under pressure
• Ability to quickly establish rapport, credibility, and trust within and outside of the organization
• Frequent travel required for this position.
• Advanced PC skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Maintain a working knowledge of CSR metrics and reporting standards
