Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Senior QA Specialist in Hong Kong to own QA activities across all product categories, oversee field audits, and drive supplier quality improvements.

You will work with global teams and vendor partners to ensure compliance and product integrity from development through bulk production. The role requires strong independence, regional field auditing experience, and the ability to influence without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in QA, supplier quality, or product integrity.
• Experience with international factories and APAC region preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own QA activities for all product categories, suppliers and factories across the development and production lifecycle.
• Serve as senior QA SME for assigned programs, providing guidance to cross-functional partners and vendor teams.
• Identify quality, testing, manufacturing, labeling, and compliance risks; recommend preventative actions and escalation paths.
