Job summary

Godiva Chocolatier (Asia) Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Regulatory Affairs Specialist to help ensure compliance across Hong Kong and APAC markets. You will collaborate with the regional regulatory team to interpret requirements, oversee labelling for imported and domestic products, and support product registrations and submissions.

The ideal candidate holds a higher diploma or degree in QA, food science, or nutrition, with at least 1 year of HK regulations experience.

Qualifications

• Review regulatory compliance for raw materials, finished products, and recipes in HK and APAC
• Prepare and review product labels and regulatory documents for imported and local products
• Support new product development and launches with regulatory input
• Assist with product registrations, import permits, and regulatory submissions
• Monitor regulatory developments and maintain compliance databases
• Provide regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Conduct regulatory reviews for HK and APAC products and ingredients
• Ensure accuracy of labeling and packaging information
