BlackRock seeks a Vice President, Regional Security Manager to lead APAC security operations (excluding India). The role oversees Physical and Technical Security, supports capital projects, and partners with Facilities, HR, and Legal to manage risk and incident response.

Evening/weekend availability and travel within APAC are required. Candidate should have 10+ years in security management with financial services experience and ASIS CPP or equivalent is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• ASIS CPP Accreditation or similar is advantageous.
• Candidates must live in the specified area and be willing to travel.

Responsabilités

• Lead APAC security operations (excluding India) with focus on Technical Security, Project Management and Physical Security Operations.
• Manage physical security across APAC sites, ensuring compliance with global standards and coordinating with facilities and security reps.
• Develop SOPs for regional security and support 24/7 Security Command Centers.
• Support Travel Safety, events security planning, and vendor management across the region.
• Develop regional metrics, reporting and dashboards in collaboration with Regional Security Managers.
