Job summary

Invesco Ltd. is seeking a senior technology leader to own the APAC distribution technology roadmap and act as the primary liaison within the D2E2 team.

You will ensure regional requirements are embedded in global programmes and maintain accountability for APAC delivery across multiple platforms. The role emphasizes strong stakeholder management, leadership, and mentoring within a global, matrixed organization, with a hybrid work model and extensive collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Client

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology delivery, product ownership, or business analysis in financial services.
• Experience owning technology roadmaps in a global, multi-market environment.
• Experience with distribution technology platforms (CRM, client reporting, content platforms, data platforms, digital/web).
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery and product ownership in a global context.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the APAC distribution technology roadmap.
• Represent APAC in the D2E2 leadership team, embedding regional requirements in global programmes.
• Act as the single point of accountability for APAC distribution technology delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with APAC stakeholders to ensure investments align with commercial goals.
• Represent APAC in global governance forums and prioritise regional requirements in planning cycles.
• Lead and mentor the APAC Business Analyst and track delivery risks and gaps.
