Job summary

Walker Lovell Ltd, a leading international finance practice in Hong Kong, is seeking a technically strong leveraged finance lawyer to join a sponsor-driven platform across APAC. You'll advise on complex leveraged finance transactions and gain exposure to various lenders, structures and jurisdictions.

With 3-5 years' PQE and admission in common-law jurisdictions, you will work directly with a renowned leveraged finance partner, handling cross-border deals and expanding regional breadth.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' PQE in banking, debt finance or leveraged finance
• Admitted in England & Wales, Hong Kong, Australia or another common-law jurisdiction
• Strong technical foundations in finance transactions
• Mandarin capability is advantageous but not essential

Responsibilities

• Advise lenders on sophisticated leveraged, acquisition and sponsor-driven financings
• Work on complex transactions across multiple APAC markets and financing structures
• Gain exposure to international banks, regional lenders and private credit providers
• Develop directly alongside senior lawyers within a growing regional practice
