Job summary

The Financial Times is seeking a senior finance professional to lead financial control, reporting and compliance for entities in Hong Kong and Singapore. The role collaborates with regional finance teams to drive process improvements and strengthen controls across Asia.

Responsibilities include coordinating audits, managing treasury, and supporting tax compliance while developing the local finance team and contributing to regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• A technically strong qualified accountant with an audit background is preferable.
• Experience in a multinational background and statutory accounts preparation.
• Good working knowledge of IFRS and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial activities for FT entities in Hong Kong and Singapore.
• Ensure accuracy of financial records with robust internal controls.
• Coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits and with the Manila Accounting Service team.
