Flexport is seeking a senior APAC Credit & Collections leader to localize policy, manage risk, and drive collections across Asia Pacific. You will partner with regional leadership to tailor the global framework to local markets and scale a robust credit function as Flexport expands.

This role requires deep credit experience and strong collaboration across country teams. You will work with US teams to deploy automation, monitor exposure, and report portfolio health to Finance leadership.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in commercial credit and collections across APAC.
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics or shipping credit preferred.
• Proven policy implementation across jurisdictions.
• Strong collections and DSO reduction track record.
• Regional knowledge of APAC markets.
• Fluent English; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Localize credit policy across APAC markets.
• Partner with APAC leadership to align credit strategy.
• Own APAC portfolio exposure and aging.
• Lead regional collections including dunning and payment plans.
• Collaborate with US credit tools implementation.
• Manage relationships with local credit bureaus, banks, and partners.
• Report APAC portfolio and ensure audit readiness.
