Job summary

Apex Group Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Client Onboarding Manager for the APAC region. The role is client facing and will involve high level interaction with Service Delivery, Technology, Product Management, Sales and Senior Management.

You will lead onboarding projects, coordinate adoptions and KYC processes, and ensure regulatory compliance. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and integrate new clients in APAC.
• Coordinate internal functions to project lead launches.
• Provide regular onboarding status updates.
• Host regular project calls and maintain plans.
• Develop best practices and onboarding KPIs.
• Assist with integration of acquired businesses.
