Job summary

J.P. Morgan seeks an APAC Head of Performance, Risk, and Compliance Analytics - Executive Director to lead regional analytics strategy for Securities Services Operations.

You will partner with Client Service, Relationship Management and Product teams to strengthen client relationships and escalate delivery issues. Your mandate covers performance measurement, ESG reporting and ex-ante risk analytics across onshore and COE facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting or related field.
• 15+ years in investment analytics across performance, compliance, ESG or ex-ante risk.
• Proven ability to lead large regional teams and engage senior investment professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC strategy for investment analytics including performance, ESG and ex-ante risk reporting.
• Partner with Client Service, Relationship Management and Product leaders to build durable client relationships.
• Influence regional/global stakeholders to align priorities and drive delivery.
• Drive efficiency via process optimization, operating model and location strategy.
• Oversee system migrations and platform changes with resource alignment and governance.
• Establish regional leadership focused on service excellence and regulatory best practices.
• Collaborate with product/operations to shape development roadmap and client communications.
• Monitor regulatory developments and embed changes into delivery.
• Support growth by managing RFPs and client due diligence meetings.
• Contribute to global priorities such as DOI, risk and enterprise initiatives.
