SCOR in Hong Kong invites an APAC Cat Modelling internship to assist with Nat Cat research and R&D initiatives across APAC. You will work with a diverse team of actuaries, data scientists and risk modelers on data collection, modelling support and pricing tasks.

The program runs from September 2026 for six months, offering hands-on experience in catastrophe modelling, regulatory reporting support, and exposure to SCOR's pricing tools.

Formación

• SQL, VBA, GIS, R programming, Python skills are a distinct advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Nat Cat research, data collection, model evaluation, and climate-change studies.
• Contribute to treaty reinsurance renewals using Cat models and pricing tools.
• Support regulatory reporting and initiatives in Hong Kong.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a team setting.
• Communicate complex issues clearly and structure arguments effectively.
• Multi-task across several projects with good time management.
