APAC Auditor - Quality Assurance

Job summary

FM Approvals is seeking an Auditor to be based in the Hong Kong Office, reporting to the Approvals Group Manager, Quality Assurance. The incumbent will perform Facilities and Procedures Audits across FM Approvals’ customer base, demonstrating proficiency in FM Approvals’ procedures and professional standards with limited supervision.

The role involves documenting findings, reporting test results, and communicating audit outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 5+ years of manufacturing process experience with quality auditing.
• Lead Auditor Certification (preferred) and ISO/quality standards knowledge.
• Experience with ISO 9001, 17020, 17025 and/or 17065 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively perform facilities and procedures audits according to FM Approvals’ standards.
• Document relevant facts and information to support conclusions.
• Report audit results clearly and in writing.
• Communicate audit results effectively to stakeholders.
• Travel APAC region for audits, surveillance, and witness testing as needed.
