Job summary

Keeta is seeking a data-driven operations analyst in Hong Kong to own KPI systems for user-side business objectives and oversee weekly and monthly monitoring to drive goal achievement. You will perform thematic research through data analysis, user studies, and market research, delivering strategic recommendations to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, data science, or business analysis.
• Strong logical and structured thinking with ability to present outputs clearly.
• Good communication, teamwork mindset, responsibility, and proactive problem solving.
• Self-motivated, open to challenges, and accountable for quality results.
• Proficient in SQL and data analysis tools; data visualization or strategy product knowledge is a plus.
• Working English is acceptable as a business language.
• Curious about AI technologies and able to explore new tools and drive adoption.

Job description

• Manage the KPI system around Hong Kong user-side business objectives, build and continuously iterate weekly and monthly operational monitoring and management systems to drive goal achievement;
• Conduct thematic research on key business challenges through data analysis, user research, market studies, and other methods, and deliver strategic recommendations;
• Collaborate with the operations team on daily user-side subsidies, campaigns, traffic, and other operational strategies through specialized analysis, experimental design, and performance evaluation, to facilitate the implementation and optimization of business strategies;
• Manage and coordinate various data product needs within the team — such as data extraction, dashboard development, and tag mining — collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement project plans, and manage go-live risks.
• Proactively leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, or internal AI platforms) to support operational data analysis, experimental performance evaluation, and strategy report writing, improving analytical efficiency and decision-making speed, and be willing to drive team adoption of new tools.

Job Requirements

• Background in operations, data science, or business analysis in internet, consulting, or related industries, with 3+ years of work experience;
• Strong logical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to present work outputs in an organized manner;
• Good communication skills, team collaboration mindset, strong sense of responsibility, and a willingness to proactively solve various challenges;
• Highly self-motivated, open to challenges, and accountable for delivering quality results;
• Proficient in SQL and other data analysis tools; experience in data analysis, data visualization, or strategy product development is a plus;
