Job summary

HSO in Hong Kong is seeking a data and AI professional to bridge Greater China Region clients and the Asia Pacific development team, focusing on Agentic AI and BI initiatives. You will design and deliver Power BI solutions on the Microsoft Data Platform and coordinate end-to-end delivery with strong storytelling and client-facing skills.

You will work in a fast-paced environment supporting pre-sales through post-implementation activities, requiring bilingual Cantonese/Mandarin and English

Qualifications

• Degree in Business / Computer Science / Information Technology and / or relevant disciplines.
• At least 2 years working experience related to building AI agents, BI reports (Tableau, Qlik or Power BI), automation workflow, RPA, or low-code app development.
• Able to present the concept of Agentic AI, data warehouse and BI Story telling is a must.
• Able to use AI at daily work is a must.
• Knowledge about SSIS, SSAS, other BI tools, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure AI, GenAI, Copilot Studio, Chat bot, Github Copilot, Computer Vision, IoT, Power Platform is a plus.
• Prior experience in any CRM/ERP/POS/ECOM is a plus.
• Good analytical mind, self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Proficient in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Drive the digital transformation conversation with customers via storytelling.
• Prepare PPT/Demo and pitch the executives in English/Chinese.
• Actively elicit Data and AI requirement from client.
• Collaborate with developers about the feasibility and solution design.
• Requirement analysis and first level data exploration (relationship between fact tables and dimension tables).
• Create or update documentation in support of development, which may include detailed specifications and flow diagrams.
• Develop Agentic demo based on high level requirement.
• Develop and implement Power BI on top of Microsoft Data Platform (Microsoft Fabric).
• End to end involvement (act as assistant PM) with the team from requirement study, documentation, development, implementation, user training, UAT and go-live support.
