Shenwan Hongyuan Securities (H.K.) Limited is seeking an Analyst to Associate in Client Onboarding and Data Management. You will perform AML/KYC due diligence for Wealth Management and Institutional Clients and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.

You will collaborate with Business Units, Compliance and other stakeholders to secure all required materials. Proficiency in English and Chinese, including Mandarin, is essential.

Qualifications

• University graduate or above.
• At least 2 years experience in KYC/Client Data Management in financial industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Self-initiated, detail oriented and a good team player.

Responsabilités

• Perform AML/KYC due diligence including client onboarding & trigger events for Wealth Management and Institutional Clients.
• Review client information and documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

• Responsible for KYC of outside broker.
• Assist in ad hoc projects including UAT and system enhancements.

Analyst to Associate, Client Onboarding and Data Management

Responsible for AML/ KYC due diligence, including client onboarding & trigger events of Wealth Management and Institutional Clients.

Review the client information and documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Closely working with Business Units, Compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure all required documents are in place.

Responsible for KYC of outside broker.

Assist in ad hoc projects including UAT and system enhancement when needed.

Requirements:

University graduate or above.

At least 2 year experience in KYC/ Client Data Management in financial industry 。

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Self-initiated, detailed oriented and a good team player.

Ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders.

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin.

Immediately available will be an advantage.
