Job summary

Goldhorse Capital invites applications for a role focused on promoting structured products. You will select ideas from sell-side issuers, educate clients through presentations, assist with pre-trade requests, trade execution and post-trade activities, and strive to increase trading volume while complying with regulations.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree with 1–4 years in financial services, preferably in structured products, with strong knowledge of macroeconomics and equity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1–4 years of financial industry experience, preferably in structured products at private banks or wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of macroeconomics, equity markets, and equity-linked structured products.
• Client-focused, self-motivated professional with business acumen and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• Good team player able to work independently.

Assist clients with pre-trade requests, trade execution, and post-trade activities as needed.

Deliver client presentations to educate about structured products and promote trading opportunities when required.

Proactively engage with clients to understand their structured product needs, recommend relevant solutions, and drive trading activity.

Support business development and management in building client relationships as needed.

Demonstrate excellent writing skills and creative thinking to support various product marketing initiatives.

Exert efforts to increase structured products trading volume.

Strictly comply with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the team leader and/or senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with 1-4 years of financial industry experience, preferably as an investment counselor or equity specialist with a structured products background at a private bank or wealth management institution, or a structured product sales or structurer in a well-known investment bank.

Strong knowledge of macroeconomics, equity markets, and equity-linked structured products.

Client-focused, self-motivated professional with business acumen, results-driven mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and quick thinking ability.
