Job summary

Leversys Ltd is seeking an Analyst in the Client and Data team in a hybrid Hong Kong role. You will join a multi-functional group handling client services, success and analysis, and the setup and maintenance of convertible bonds.

After onboarding, you will gain deep knowledge of bond structures, pricing, and prospectus language. You will contribute to data and research services, support clients in using our products, and expand into product development ideas as you grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field from a leading institution.
• Demonstrable interest in the financial industry and technology.
• Strong verbal and written English; Mandarin reading would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a multi-functional team covering client services, client success and analysis, setup, and maintenance of convertible bonds.
• Complete onboarding within three months with training on convertible bonds and financial markets.
• Develop a deep understanding of convertible bonds, valuation models, and prospectus language.
• Contribute to data and research service activities after initial training.
• Support clients in using Leversys products and expand responsibilities over time.
• Assist product development with ideas, requirements, specifications, and testing in spare time.
• Progress into other asset classes and front-to-back functions as knowledge grows.
• Build strong client communication and engagement, and develop relationships with clients.

As a Leversys Analyst in the Client and Data team, you will:

• Be part of a multi-functional team that covers client services, client success and analysis, setup, and maintenance of convertible bonds.
• Within three months, you will complete the onboarding process that includes training about convertible bonds and financial markets, our internal processes, products, and services and how we help our clients.
• You will acquire a deep understanding of the convertible bond asset class, different structures and prospectus language, valuation models and the impact of various features on theoretical pricing.
• Following the initial training, you will start contributing to our data and research service activities.
• As you gain a better understanding of our products, you will begin to support our clients in their use of our products.
• As your knowledge of our clients, their requirements, and use cases increases, you will expand your work, ensuring that our clients successfully use and get the most value from our products and services.
• You may help our product development team with new ideas, requirements, specifications, and testing in your spare work time.
• As your career progresses within Leversys, you will start to expand your knowledge into other asset classes and front-to-back functions.
• This role will lead you to become a convertible bonds expert, acquire a good knowledge of other financial instruments and capital markets front-to-back functions, develop strong client communication and engagement skills, and build relationships with clients.
• You can continue developing your career within the client and data team, while this role may also provide a pathway into the product development team for those with the skills and aptitude for product ownership.
