RedotPay is seeking an AML Quality Assurance Specialist to join our AFC team in Hong Kong. This role focuses on identifying weaknesses in daily operations, optimising SOPs, and driving continuous testing process improvements.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to document issues, implement corrective actions, and stay ahead of regulatory developments in the virtual currency space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in operations management, quality assurance, or process improvement roles, preferably within virtual currency or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify operational weaknesses, analyze data, and develop actionable insights.
• Demonstrated experience in optimizing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile is desirable.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive AML Quality Assurance Specialist with a passion for the virtual currency industry. The ideal candidate will have rich operational experience, a knack for identifying weaknesses in daily operations, and the ability to propose innovative optimizations to current standard operating procedures (SOPs). As a Quality Assurance Specialist in our AML and AFC team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify Operational Weak Points:

• Utilize your operational expertise to conduct comprehensive assessments of daily operational workflows and processes.
• Identify and document weaknesses, bottlenecks, and areas of inefficiency within operational procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address identified weak points and implement corrective actions to enhance operational performance.

2. Optimize SOPs:

• Demonstrate innovative thinking and analytical skills to propose optimizations in current standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct thorough reviews of existing SOPs and suggest revisions or enhancements to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

3. Continuous Improvement of Testing Processes:

• Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing testing protocols and tools, and identify opportunities for enhancement or automation.
• Establish metrics and benchmarks to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes, and implement adjustments as necessary.

4. Stay Updated on Industry Trends and Best Practices:

• Proactively monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in the virtual currency landscape.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, market innovations, and regulatory requirements that may impact operational workflows and processes.
• Leverage industry insights to make informed recommendations for process improvements and strategic initiatives.
